  • 30-Day Return Window – Return your Specialized mountain bike within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
  • Condition – Bikes must be unused, in original packaging, with all components, accessories, and tags intact.
  • Process – Initiate a return by contacting our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Refunds – Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note: return shipping costs are not covered unless the return is due to our error.

Warranty Coverage

Every Specialized mountain bike purchased from MTB MONSTER SHOP comes with a limited warranty, depending on the model and component specifications.
